Linkyo is an advisory firm registered in Singapore. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data submitted through linkyo.co, in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
2. What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us: the name, company, email address and message you submit through our contact form or send to us by email.
We also collect aggregated, non-identifying information about site visits, such as page views and referring site. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and we do not collect payment details or identity documents through this website.
3. Why we use it
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue a business discussion you have initiated. We do not send marketing emails to addresses collected through this site unless you have separately asked to receive them.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers necessary to operate this website and our email, and only to the extent required for those services to function. We may disclose data where required by Singapore law.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed for the business relationship and for any period required by law, after which it is deleted. You may ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent to our continued use of it. Write to inquiries@linkyo.co and we will respond within a reasonable period.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
